Description

You will own the optimization and oversight of manufacturing plant operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize operations in upstream oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, or chemical units.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
• Ensure adherence to process safety and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Support process design, optimization, and 'what if' scenarios using simulation and modelling.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of working experience in refinery, petrochemical, or chemical industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
• Proficiency with Delta V, Allen Bradley, and Smart Plant (P&ID/3D).
• Experience working within EPC or manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles applied to manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CIFHOS information handover practices and standards.
