Description

You will drive business impact by identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities to reduce expenses, increase productivity, and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Identify new process-based opportunities to deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead Discipline Execution work and Rapid Improvement Events (RIE).
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and DFSS/DMAIC methodologies to operational challenges.
• Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven methodologies to optimize workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of process improvement or relevant business experience.
• Master Black Belt certification or equivalent.
• Expert knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and process engineering methodologies.
• Proficiency in statistical tools and data analysis including Minitab.
• Applied expertise in industry tools such as SIPOC, VOC, Process Mapping, and DOE.
• Strong command of Business Process Management (BPM) and process management principles.
• Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) or equivalent methodologies.
• Advanced use of Excel, PowerPoint, and IGrafx.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of DFSS/DMAIC frameworks.
