Description

You will support operations by setting up and managing thin metal stamping and forming processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop work instructions to standardize equipment setup and daily operations.
• Identify and implement improvements for existing equipment and tooling.
• Lead preventative maintenance efforts, including defining activities and intervals.
• Support new equipment implementation, process transfers, and Design for Assembly analysis.
• Execute risk analysis, product validation, and continuous improvement activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience with new process development and process validation.
• Proficiency in developing and executing Design of Experiments (DOE).
• SolidWorks and CAD/drafting experience.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and advanced statistical analysis.
• Ability to create engineering drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Familiarity with ISO standards, GMP, and OSHA regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading process DOE development and execution.
