Description

Lead the design and engineering of process plants for chemical, hydrocarbon, petrochemical, refinery, and oil and gas sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design process plants in compliance with global codes, standards, and best engineering practices.
• Prepare and review simulations, heat and material balances (H&MB), PFDs, UFDs, and P&IDs.
• Develop process equipment and instrument datasheets and utility package data sheets.
• Execute vendor technical bid evaluations and review vendor documentation.
• Participate in PHA, HAZOP, and various design and safety studies for PDP, FEED, and DEP projects.

Required Skills

• B.Tech or B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
• 4 to 15 years of experience in Chemical, Hydrocarbon, Petro-chemical, Refinery, or O&G sectors.
• Proficiency in Aspen Plus and Hysys.
• Experience with Unisim and KORF.
• Hands-on use of HTRI and FlareNet.
• Experience with AFT Fathom, Arrow, or Impulse.
• Working knowledge of PipeNet.
• Ability to perform process engineering activities for PDP, FEED, and DEP project stages.
