Description

You will optimize and improve manufacturing processes on the assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize processes on the manual assembly line.
• Analyze and balance lines using time study sheets.
• Develop and improve new processes within an existing layout.
• Manage cost and headcount reduction projects.
• Develop tooling (fixtures, carts, tables, etc.) aligned with budget and capex.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or corporate environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management, costs, and capex.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD layouts.
• Experience implementing MEFF or PFMEA standards.
• Conversational English.
