Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to applications engineers within a customer engineering group.
• Debug and install equipment using trial products before transitioning to live operations.
• Apply and analyze collected data to support engineering solutions.
• Determine and develop independent approaches to solve complex technical problems.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies to process engineering tasks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional work experience in process engineering.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and debugging experience.
• Complete understanding and application of standard engineering or scientific theories.
• Ability to provide imaginative, thorough, and practicable technical solutions.
• Experience working under minimal direction.
• General knowledge of related scientific and engineering disciplines.

Preferred Skills

• Root cause analysis expertise.
• Subject matter expertise in problem resolution.
