Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand, analyze, and baseline existing business and IT operational processes while identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Document current-state (AS IS) and future-state (TO BE) process flows using standard process modeling techniques.
• Design and recommend optimized workflows and operating models to improve efficiency, quality, cycle time, and cost effectiveness.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste, minimize process variation, and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with AI and Automation Engineers to ideate and implement process improvements using automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Define process KPIs, monitor performance trends, and recommend corrective actions to achieve target outcomes.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions while supporting training and knowledge transfer activities.
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise processes.
• Participate in stakeholder discussions and contribute to strategic automation and transformation programs.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in process analysis, process optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies with hands-on experience in process improvement programs.
• Experience working with AI and automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere for enterprise automation solutions.
• Ability to document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows using standard process modeling techniques.
• Experience defining process KPIs, monitoring operational performance, and driving corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and operational work instructions.
• Ability to collaborate with business, IT, and automation teams in digital transformation initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field
