Description

You will analyze business and IT operational processes, identifying inefficiencies and designing optimized workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state (AS IS) and future-state (TO BE) process flows using standard process modeling techniques.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste, minimize process variation, and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate with AI and Automation Engineers to ideate and implement process improvements using automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Define process KPIs, monitor performance trends, and recommend corrective actions to achieve target outcomes.
• Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions while supporting training and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in process analysis, process optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies with hands-on experience in process improvement programs.
• Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere for enterprise automation solutions.
• Proficiency in process analysis tools such as UiPath and Business Process Management.
• Ability to document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows using standard process modeling techniques.
• Experience defining process KPIs, monitoring operational performance, and driving corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and operational work instructions.
• Ability to collaborate with business, IT, and automation teams in digital transformation initiatives.
