You will design and implement customer-focused IT process improvements that deliver tangible value.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes, data, and systems to identify improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Gather and document business requirements from all impacted stakeholders.
• Lead solution design and translate designs into formal process documentation.
• Partner with IT staff to co-create processes and translate them into tools such as ServiceNow.
• Deploy organizational change management through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience delivering process re-design or best practice implementation using Lean or Six Sigma.
• 4+ years of experience leading problem-solving initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• 4+ years of experience mobilizing and leading people to accomplish shared goals under strict timelines.
• 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management and ITIL practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions while managing ambiguity and risk.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma and IT Service Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying quality engineering and Lean/Six Sigma principles.
• Experience working with external vendors or Quality Assurance efforts.
• Ability to enter mid-progress projects and assume responsibilities quickly.
