Description

Lead continuous process improvement initiatives and manage cross-functional projects under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute assigned continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Translate business needs into process solutions as a liaison between operational and technical teams.
• Develop business cases and ROI analyses to propose recommendations for senior management approval.
• Provide process expertise and deliver knowledge transfer to cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Visio and Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• ACP certification.
