Description

You will lead and execute Lean Six Sigma initiatives to identify business challenges and drive improvements in cost, customer experience, and demand management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects by engaging senior leaders to scope challenges and develop actionable recommendations.
• Mentor Project Managers on Lean Six Sigma and general project management methodologies.
• Conduct in-depth data collection and analysis to generate insights for projects and deployment strategies.
• Quantify project impacts on financials, productivity, and customer experience.
• Manage and develop a team of high-performing individuals, removing obstacles to help them achieve their goals.
• Develop presentations for senior management to facilitate discussions on program progress and results.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement areas.
• Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in change management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence people without authority and manage relationships with senior leadership.
• Experience leading and motivating teams of 3 or more individuals.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within ambiguity and drive initiatives with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills

• PMI/PMP or Prince 2 training and/or certification.
