Description

Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive cost reduction, enhance customer experience, and optimize demand management. You will own the full project lifecycle, from scoping business challenges with senior leaders to executing actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects, engaging senior leaders to define scope and deliver measurable improvements.
• Mentor Project Managers on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and general project management best practices.
• Conduct in-depth data collection and analysis to generate strategic insights and deployment plans.
• Quantify project impacts on financials, productivity, and customer experience metrics.
• Develop executive presentations to facilitate discussions on program progress and results.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in change management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage relationships with senior leadership.
• Experience leading and motivating teams of 3 or more individuals.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within ambiguity and drive initiatives with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills

• PMI/PMP or Prince 2 training and/or certification.
