Description

Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to drive cost reduction, enhance customer experience, and optimize demand management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle, from scoping business challenges with senior leaders to executing actionable recommendations.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects and mentor Project Managers on methodologies and best practices.
• Conduct in-depth data collection and analysis to generate strategic insights and deployment plans.
• Quantify project impacts on financials, productivity, and customer experience metrics.
• Develop executive presentations to facilitate discussions on program progress and results.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in change management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage relationships with senior leadership.
• Experience leading and motivating teams of 3 or more individuals.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within ambiguity and drive initiatives with minimal direction.

Preferred Skills

• PMI/PMP or Prince 2 training and/or certification.
