You will lead the optimization of HR benefits processes by identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable workflows.
Responsibilities
Facilitate discussions with HR managers, benefits administrators, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and address pain points.
Analyze and document existing benefits processes, including enrollment, eligibility, leave management, and retirement plans, using detailed process maps and workflow diagrams.
Conduct gap analyses to identify manual interventions, data discrepancies, and system limitations.
Design long-term, future-proof processes that incorporate industry best practices and adapt to regulatory changes.
Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure the adoption of optimized processes and system functionalities.
Required Skills
8–10 years of overall professional experience.
5+ years of dedicated HR experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC.
Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
Hands-on experience with Benefitplace.
Experience collaborating with Finance and Payroll departments.
Ability to create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams.
Experience performing root cause analysis and gap analysis.
Preferred Skills
Experience establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track process effectiveness, cost savings, and user satisfaction.
