Description

You will optimize HR benefits processes by identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable workflows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and address pain points.
• Analyze and document existing benefits processes, including enrollment, eligibility, leave management, and retirement plans.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify manual interventions, data discrepancies, and system limitations.
• Design long-term processes that incorporate industry best practices and adapt to regulatory changes.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure adoption of optimized processes.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated HR experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with Benefitplace.
• Experience collaborating with Finance and Payroll departments.
• Ability to create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and gap analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track process effectiveness, cost savings, and user satisfaction.
