Lead operational transformation and intelligent automation initiatives to improve business processes and technology integration.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, resource requirements, budgets, timelines, and milestones for multiple concurrent projects.
• Manage program risks and interdependencies, developing contingency plans to protect budget and schedule.
• Conduct root cause analysis with cross-functional leaders to implement short- and long-term remediation solutions.
• Partner with business analysts and technical leads to translate business problems into technical solution architectures.
• Facilitate meetings to document status, risks, key decisions, and final resolutions for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in program management.
• 3+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience in negotiation and conflict management at the senior executive level.
• Extensive experience in healthcare environments.
• Proven track record in business operational improvement and process re-engineering or reliability engineering.
• Technical familiarity with AI technologies including ML, NLP, and DL.
• Experience with RPA technologies.
• Ability to navigate both Business Architecture and Technical Solution Architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• SAFe certification.
