Description

You will lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce toil, and drive automation across the organization.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead process mapping and workshop facilitation activities to document as-is flows and design optimized to-be processes.
• Drive automation and digital solutions to reduce recurring issues, false positives, and manual operational tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executives to align process improvements with business objectives and present data-driven solutions.
• Manage change management efforts, including training, stakeholder engagement, and measuring key performance indicators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in process management, business analysis, or operations.
• Strong expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; certification is required.
• Proficiency in ITIL frameworks and project management principles.
• Experience with data analytics to support decision-making and discovery.
• Proven track record in automation and process re-engineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience working with Operations and Finance teams to track planned vs. actual savings.
