Description

Define, improve, and harmonize procurement processes for the Group Procurement Excellence team.

Responsibilities

• Centralize and prioritize optimization requests from business users regarding system and tool development.
• Drive business-driven tool implementations by collaborating with the Product Organization on sprint planning.
• Document process changes in buyer manuals, guidelines, and justification documents.
• Own procurement process data, adjacent reporting, and the evaluation of analytics concepts.
• Establish compliance and governance while managing change and escalation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement process management.
• Profound knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM (S/4HANA) and SAP Ariba (Sourcing, SAP Business Network).
• Proficiency with SAP Fiori and Celonis.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as JIRA or HEAT.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft apps including OneNote, MS Planner, and Teams.

• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to define and deliver business needs through structured project management.
