Description

You will manage experiments and manufacturing data to improve yields and integrate new processes. You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve customer issues and reduce defects.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments and collect data from manufacturing processes to support product understanding.
• Analyze measurement data using Pi Processbook and Pi Historian to identify improvement opportunities.
• Operate measurement devices and interpret process data to solve technical problems.
• Train and coach development, engineering, and operations personnel on equipment and processes.
• Provide resource inputs and timelines for project plans and write process documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or technical operations.
• Proficiency with OSIsoft Pi Processbook and Pi Historian for data visualization and analysis.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing measurement devices.
• Strong data analysis skills with a focus on yield improvement and defect reduction.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and operations.
• Ability to write clear process, product, and equipment documentation.
• Basic networking knowledge for connecting and configuring measurement devices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Background in statistical process control (SPC) or Six Sigma methodologies.
