Description

You will execute technical tests and experiments to support R&D process engineering in Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities

• Execute process engineering lab activities, including sample preparation, chemical treatment, and running waferflows on Lam tools.
• Set up processing equipment and perform measurements using metrology tools for thin film, CD, and SEM imaging.
• Create and tune process recipes from scratch to ensure robustness and suggest improvements.
• Conduct statistical process control (SPC) and etch rate analysis to monitor chamber performance and identify trends.
• Monitor line operators and provide technical assistance to development and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a technical process or lab environment.
• Experience running waferflows on Lam tools.
• Proficiency with metrology tools for thin film measurement, CD measurement, and SEM imaging.
• Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Ability to perform sample preparation and chemical treatments.
• Capability to troubleshoot out-of-spec issues and identify potential root causes.
• Experience preparing records, charts, and graphs to report experimental results.
• Degree in any field of study.
