Description

You will execute technical tests and experiments to support R&D process engineering in Fremont, CA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute process engineering lab activities, including sample preparation and chemical treatment.
• Run waferflows on Lam tools and set up processing equipment.
• Create and tune process recipes to ensure robustness and suggest improvements.
• Perform measurements using metrology tools for thin film, CD, and SEM imaging.
• Conduct statistical process control (SPC) and etch rate analysis to monitor chamber performance.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a technical process or lab environment.
• Experience running waferflows on Lam tools.
• Proficiency with metrology tools for thin film, CD, and SEM imaging.
• Hands-on experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Ability to perform sample preparation and chemical treatments.
• Capability to troubleshoot out-of-spec issues and identify root causes.
• Experience preparing records, charts, and graphs to report experimental results.

Preferred Skills

• Experience monitoring line operators and providing technical assistance.
• Degree in any field of study.
