Manage production and packaging tasks within a small team to meet productivity goals in Hastings.

Responsibilities

• Make and pack products according to established procedures and SOPs.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain workspace hygiene.
• Execute problem-solving and product service tasks as needed.

Required Skills

• Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environments.
• Physical fitness to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to follow strict quality control protocols.
• Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ownership of personal transport to reach the Hastings location.
