You will manage business analysis and process optimization tasks within an ITIL framework.

Responsibilities

• Establish priorities and desired outcomes to create actionable plans.
• Interface with all levels of management to present ideas and issues logically.
• Apply financial and business analysis techniques to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues to drive results.
• Manage time effectively to navigate ambiguity and meet project objectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related experience in business or process analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM and ITSM.
• Working knowledge of Project Portfolio Management and the ITIL framework.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience using SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, and OneDrive.
• Strong written and oral business communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL or PMP certification.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITBM.
