Description

You will lead Procure To Pay operations, managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and procurement buyer functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations team, including hiring forecasts, performance management, and escalation handling.
• Oversee the Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, vendor maintenance, document management, and intercompany non-trade payments.
• Direct procurement buyer activities such as PO creation, confirmation, past-due follow-ups, and PO amendments based on procurement policies.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and blocked items within established SLAs to ensure process continuity.
• Monitor order trends, manage helpdesk queries, and generate MIS reports and dashboards to track KPIs.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in Procure To Pay or related operations.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and invoice processing.
• Experience managing procurement buyer responsibilities and Purchase Order lifecycles.
• Proficiency with Coupa.
• Expertise in Indirect Procurement workflows.
• Ability to read and interpret contract clauses.
• Experience working across multiple ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage team performance and meet strict SLA/KPI targets.
