Description

You will manage strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and procurement data analysis to support business goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and negotiate contractual documents to ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboard reports using financial and procurement system data.
• Extract and organize data from Workday Sourcing and Tableau to support planning and analysis.
• Manage supplier records by collecting W-9s, NDAs, and BAAs to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Drive process improvements across sourcing and procurement workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data extraction and functional reporting.
• Experience working with Workday Sourcing and Tableau.
• Strong capability in contract negotiation and document modification.
• Proven ability to analyze expenses by category, department, and project.
• Experience maintaining accuracy in procurement systems and supplier databases.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
