Description

You will support Project Procurement Managers in tender processes, sourcing events, and data analysis for procurement KPIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage tactical procurement tasks including supplier creation, onboarding, and PO follow-up.
• Support RFx documentation and fully manage select RFP processes under supervision.
• Develop and maintain procurement dashboards and tracking tools using Power BI and Power Automate.
• Conduct data analysis to generate reports on procurement activities and KPIs.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, project support, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in SAP and Ariba for supplier management and procurement workflows.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with TPDD (Third Party Due Diligence) tools.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within procurement functions.
• Familiarity with developing or improving digital tools for procurement efficiency.
