Key responsibilities:
Data analysis, visualization & dashboarding:
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from systems such as SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, and internal tools
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering spend analysis, supplier performance, contract compliance, and key procurement metrics
- Develop standardized reporting and reusable data models for category managers and stakeholders
- Deliver clear and structured analyses, including concise summaries and visualizations for decision-making
Commercial & stakeholder support:
- Support Category Managers and Strategy Specialists with data-driven insights
- Assist in supplier management activities (performance tracking, KPI reporting, preparation of review materials)
- Contribute to tender processes (RFI/RFP), including bid analysis, benchmarking, and evaluation support
- Support preparation of negotiation material and contract award recommendations
Productivity, automation & continuous improvement:
- Use automation and AI tools to improve efficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual work
- Contribute to improving analytical tools and best practices within the procurement team
About you:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics (procurement, finance, operations, or similar)
- Experience working with large datasets and supporting business or operational decisions
- Exposure to industrial or capital-intensive environments (asset)
Technical skills
- Strong Power BI skills (data modeling, dashboard creation) required
- Advanced Excel (data analysis, Power Query) and solid PowerPoint skills
- Familiarity with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Ariba, etc.)
- SQL, Python, or automation tools (asset)
- Basic understanding of AI tools for data analysis and reporting (asset)
Analytical & business capabilities:
- Strong structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Basic commercial understanding (cost drivers, supplier performance, contracts)
- Clear and concise communication, both written and visual
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
