Description

You will own procurement data analysis, visualization, and stakeholder support, transforming raw data from SAP and Ariba into actionable commercial insights.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze data from SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass, and internal tools.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract compliance.
• Develop standardized reporting and reusable data models for category managers and stakeholders.
• Support tender processes (RFI/RFP) with bid analysis, benchmarking, and negotiation material preparation.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and reduce manual work using automation and AI tools.

Required Skills

• Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling and dashboard creation.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, specifically with Power Query and data analysis.
• Solid PowerPoint skills for clear, structured visual communication.
• Experience working with large datasets in ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Ariba).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain.
• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, procurement, finance, or operations.
• Bilingual communication (English and French), written and spoken.

Preferred Skills

• SQL, Python, or automation tools for data processing.
• Basic understanding of AI tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to industrial or capital-intensive environments.
