Description

Manage the Procure to Pay (P2P) process for high-volume, low-risk requests and troubleshoot stakeholder or supplier issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review and process purchase requisitions and manage purchase orders.
• Troubleshoot issues with requisitions, POs, invoicing, and supplier onboarding.
• Support the development and execution of contractual documents, including Non-Disclosure and Services agreements.
• Collaborate with the internal contract administration group to initiate and manage incoming contract requests.
• Apply strategic, analytical, and project management skills to support procurement needs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Marketing.
• 5+ years of procurement experience.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Proven collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactional workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SAP Ariba.
• Knowledge of contract processes.
• Automotive industry experience.
