Description

Manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier performance, and contract negotiations for manufacturing and hardware products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs, minimize risk, and protect supply continuity.
• Negotiate master agreements, SOWs, term sheets, MOUs, NDAs, and component purchase agreements.
• Manage RFQ, RFI, and RFP processes to select and vet manufacturing partners.
• Drive financial modeling for complex deals and monitor the financial health of critical suppliers.
• Oversee buyer activities including issuing purchase orders, managing late deliveries, and resolving invoicing issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Direct experience with PCB/PCBA manufacturing and technical requirements.
• Background in Aerospace, Defense, or Space industries.
• Proven track record in vendor performance analysis and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Excel for data crunching and financial modeling.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously.
• Strong documentation skills for contract management and meeting coordination.
• Expertise in cost reduction strategies and master agreement negotiation.
• Ability to manage RFQ, RFI, and RFP processes from end to end.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device manufacturing space.
• Experience scaling production to high-rate manufacturing volumes.
