Description

You will manage the cleanup and consolidation of supplier records across two Oracle ERP systems into a single unified environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data extracts of supplier profiles and transaction history to identify duplicates and consolidation opportunities.
• Contact suppliers to verify profile data, including parent/child relationships, and ensure accurate setup of surviving records.
• Execute the deactivation of duplicate supplier profiles and consolidate organizational relationships.
• Review supplier profile submissions for accuracy and follow approved data management and retention procedures.
• Report project status and identify roadblocks to ensure progress meets assignment goals.

Required Skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills for managing, organizing, and analyzing large-scale data extracts.
• Experience managing and analyzing complex data to identify indicators of completeness or historical variations.
• Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to communicate findings and project status clearly through written and verbal reporting.
• Capacity to work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Operations, and Quality teams.
• Ability to follow defined procedures and comply with data management protocols.
• Experience with Oracle ERP systems or other large-scale ERP environments.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Procurement or Purchasing role.
• Experience in supplier records management or large-scale data cleanup projects.
