Description

You will manage strategic procurement for NPI projects, aligning R&D goals with commodity strategies and mitigating supply chain risks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Represent Strategic Procurement in NPI meetings and manage milestone deliverables.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineers and Commodity Managers to align development goals with commodity strategies.
• Identify and mitigate product-related risks such as EOL, single/sole source, manufacturability, and geographical location.
• Drive cost reduction activities through VAVE and cost reduction workshops.
• Define and manage procurement-related project requirements alongside R&D, SCM Engineers, and Project Managers.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing, NPI, procurement, or finance.
• Practical knowledge of catheter design, manufacturing processes, and related technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills for assessing risks and suggesting practical alternative solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills for interacting with multinational colleagues.
• Experience with PowerBI, KNIME, SAP, or other ERP systems.
