Description

You will manage IT procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract compliance to drive cost savings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end RFP processes and handle stakeholder requirements.
• Negotiate IT deals, manage contract scope, and ensure compliance.
• Conduct vendor and supplier research to support procurement decisions.
• Perform technical analytics, including mobile use reviews and pass-fail analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in procurement or IT analytics.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and report generation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven experience in vendor negotiation and supplier research.
• Ability to define project scope and identify inclusions/exclusions.
• Foundational knowledge of IT procurement, pricing, and processes.
• Experience working with finance teams on cost analysis.
