Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spend across all categories.
• Identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to drive informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement goals with business needs.
• Streamline procurement systems to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar spend management role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience building supplier relationships.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree.
• CSCP or CPSM certification.
