Description

Lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for technology, SaaS, and indirect spend categories.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs across technology, SaaS, professional services, and marketing categories.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, SLAs, and contracts to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Analyze spend data to identify cost savings, vendor consolidation, and sourcing opportunities.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, IT, and business leaders to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
• Improve procurement processes and ensure vendor agreements comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience with procurement platforms such as Coupa, SAP, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical and spend analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Procurement experience within a SaaS or technology organization.
• Knowledge of software licensing, cloud services, and professional services contracting.
• CPM, CPSM, or similar certification preferred.
