Provide subject matter expertise on procurement processes and systems to the ERP team, developing requirements that align procurement strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop ERP requirements to implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Support the ERP team on procurement-related issues and system functionality.
• Analyze data to identify trends and implement procurement policies and procedures.
• Monitor procurement trends and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Contracting, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and how they support procurement processes.
• Proficiency in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
• Experience with e-procurement and spend analysis.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong data analysis skills.
