Description

Manage day-to-day procurement operations and system administration within Workday Finance (P2P).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices in Workday.
• Perform EIB uploads, invoice reconciliation, PO adjustments, and closures.
• Maintain catalogs and procurement content; enable suppliers on the Workday Supplier Portal.
• Maintain approval workflows and business process frameworks; perform user access management.
• Analyze supplier spend data and identify potential spend savings opportunities.

Required Skills

• 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or AP operational support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Finance (P2P module).
• Experience with eProcurement platforms, especially upstream enablement.
• Solid understanding of procurement, sourcing, category, and vendor management.
• Ability to troubleshoot functional and integration-related issues.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and middleware integrations.
