Description

You will manage the planning, execution, and delivery of capital program procurement and contract strategies to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement and contract strategies, including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), packaging strategy, risk allocation, and commercial models.
• Lead strategic sourcing activities through tender analysis, supplier selection, and negotiation to drive value and cost savings.
• Manage the review and approval cycle of procurement and contract documents, including RfX, tender packages, and contractual markups, to ensure compliance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal functions like Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal, as well as external stakeholders and EPCM contractors.
• Supervise the coordination of vendor documents and monitor consultant performance to ensure adherence to the master schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience procuring professional services, construction, balance of plant, and process equipment packages.
• Experience working within complex, multistage project execution models such as FEL and EPCM.
• Proven ability to manage procurement and contract coordination during FEED and execution phases.
• Experience participating in Design Review Meetings and 3D Model Review Meetings.
• Ability to manage supplier relationship strategies and performance.
• Strong understanding of contract negotiation and risk management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or any graduate degree.
