Description

Manage end-to-end negotiation and administration of IT software and service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop negotiation strategies and assemble fact-based cases for suppliers.
• Negotiate Statements of Work (SOW), amendments, master service contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Negotiate regulatory and compliance-related agreements, including BAAs and government services.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure pricing consistency with sourced rates.
• Partner with Legal, Insurance, Audit, and Procurement to formulate contractual strategies.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of IT contract negotiation experience.
• 2+ years of experience negotiating services and business contractual terms.
• 2+ years of contract strategy management and analysis experience.
• Proven experience negotiating regulatory and compliance agreements (BAAs).
• Recent or past healthcare industry experience.
• Advanced contracts review skills.
• Ability to develop reporting and metrics for vendor performance.
• Proficiency in procurement systems and industry-standard PC applications.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• Juris Doctorate (JD).
• Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) certification or ISM affiliation.
