Description

You will manage end-to-end procurement processes and supplier relationships within the Oil & Gas domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute and follow up on purchase orders while managing schedule changes and potential disruptions.
• Update SAP ERP systems and maintain accurate PIR and source lists.
• Oversee sourcing and buying processes to ensure products meet quality, specification, and budget requirements.
• Manage supplier relationships to gather market intelligence, assess risk, and ensure KPI compliance.
• Collaborate with the Category team on tender support and spend/savings projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in procurement roles.
• Proven working experience within the Oil & Gas domain.
• Proficiency in ERP - SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent diploma/GED with relevant experience).
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills for data gathering and business analysis.
• Ability to manage inventory and align supply schedules.
