Description

You will manage the end-to-end PR-to-PO procurement cycle, ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full procurement lifecycle, including processing requests, issuing Purchase Orders, and reconciling accounts.
• Manage small-value procurement through small-scale tenders, contract negotiation, and price rationality analysis.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance for goods and services to ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide compliance guidance to internal stakeholders and suppliers regarding procurement controls.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and support ad-hoc tasks to meet team business indicators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of procurement-related experience.
• Practical expertise in procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis for decision support.
• Experience managing Purchase Orders and purchasing workflows.
• Knowledge of contract management principles.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
