Description

You will manage supplier performance and schedule compliance for processors, machine shops, and sheet metal shops.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emergent offload and overload suppliers to ensure product conformity and schedule compliance.
• Establish and maintain delivery priorities to resolve supplier issues and drive corrective actions.
• Communicate status and concerns across procurement, engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.
• Co-facilitate supplier recovery plans and address unplanned demand requirements.
• Participate in on-site supplier assessments to evaluate capacity and capability for projected work statements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
• 5+ years of experience working with internal and external suppliers.
• Experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of interior aircraft components.
• Background in managing supplier contractual compliance and technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in aircraft maintenance or manufacturing.
• Formal or informal team leadership experience.
