You will serve as the dedicated Data Steward for healthcare payer producer data operations and initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance initiatives to document, define, and manage data standards, business terms, and Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
• Monitor data quality metrics, analyze trends, and drive remediation and preventive action efforts.
• Collaborate with enterprise and business data stewards to align standards and represent the producer domain in workgroups.
• Partner with business owners to define metrics for data health and recommend business process improvements.
• Provide consultative stewardship to delivery and issue resolution teams to ensure accurate data flow.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, and Data Quality practices.
• Deep subject matter expertise in Healthcare Producer Data domains, including roles, profiles, licensing, and onboarding.
• Experience managing the producer data lifecycle across Sales, Underwriting, Compliance, Commissions, and Analytics.
• Proficiency with producer operational source systems such as Salesforce, Broker Licensing, Varicent, or Platinum.
• Strong understanding of master data management and analytic/reporting platforms.
• Ability to manage variety, velocity, and volume of data across multiple enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Toad, Python, Hadoop, Teradata, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or Collibra.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
