Responsibilities

• Drive the design process for UX teams, including UI/UX designers, researchers, and developers.
• Manage workflows using Agile and Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate creative team efforts to maintain high standards across complex technical products.
• Communicate project status and requirements effectively across product, development, and management teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a lead or coordination role.
• Proficiency with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary UX teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering large scale enterprise software solutions.
• Hands-on experience with CMS solutions like Drupal or WordPress.
