You will drive the product strategy and execution lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Drive prioritization of product features for delivery teams based on commercial, user, and strategic priorities.
Maintain supporting documentation, including feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps.
Conduct research to identify user personas, pain points, and journeys, analyzing data (A/B testing, concept testing, data analysis) to inform development.
Perform product performance baselining, articulating OKRs, and establishing product goals against current performance.
Advocate for customer needs when defining digital solutions and product vision that deliver business value.
Required Skills
12+ years of professional experience.
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Proficiency in Business Analyst functions, including managing the product backlog and developing user stories.
Demonstrated understanding of LEAN and Design Thinking methodologies.
Ability to balance multiple priorities: business value, stakeholder impact, speed to market, and technical feasibility.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence senior executives.
Familiarity with GenAI technologies.
Experience in the insurance or P&C domain is a differentiator.
