Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes and automation requirements.
• Define detailed business requirements, including use cases and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops to gather input from business users and subject matter experts.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Create test plans, develop test cases, and conduct testing to validate solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Credit Card and Payments within the banking industry.
• 8+ years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card issuer operations.
• Expertise in card application and account management.
• Expertise in credit terms, rewards, and benefits.
• Expertise in payment processing, billing, and collections.
• Experience with payments, rewards, rules processing, configurations, and reporting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to interest rates and cardholder data.
• Working knowledge of credit card issuer lifecycle for businesses, merchants, and financial institutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience bridging business needs and technical implementation.
• Background in banking or financial services product management.
