Key Responsibilities:

Analyse complex product features and data flows across systems
Define and refine product requirements using data mapping (XML, JSON)
Collaborate with engineering, data, and QA teams for scalable solutions
Use AI tools and analytics to improve product insights and delivery
Establish success metrics, acceptance criteria, and validation processes
Identify risks, data gaps, and ensure compliance with industry standards
Translate business and regulatory needs into technical solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
5+ years in product/data/business analysis
Strong expertise in data structures (XML, JSON) and Agile methodologies
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience in financial services or mortgage domain
Knowledge of loan data standards (ULDD, UCD)
Exposure to automation, data validation, and QA processes
