Description

You will drive organizational analysis to identify capabilities and improvement opportunities while managing the implementation of identified solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, use cases, activity diagrams, and sequence diagrams.
• Collaborate with system developers, Tech Leads, and subject matter experts to coordinate application changes and deployments.
• Lead backlog grooming sessions and assist the Product Owner with roadmap strategy and execution.
• Manage stakeholders across functional areas and coordinate risk assessments to mitigate project impact.
• Execute rigorous test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training to ensure requirements are met.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with SDLC methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL and data analysis.
• Expertise with Jira and Confluence for requirement and task management.
• Strong ability to create technical documentation, including workflow diagrams, data dictionaries, and entity relationship diagrams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and G-Suite.
• Proven experience managing complex programs or projects with high scope.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and database management.
