Description

You will translate customer needs into technical specifications, design systems, and support the Product Owner and delivery teams in an agile environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Owner in clarifying requirements, planning implementation, and answering development queries.
• Deliver product backlog items end-to-end, including data modelling and training material development.
• Collaborate with business users to document requirements and solution specifications.
• Assess impacts and design business processes to accommodate new solutions.
• Contribute to user system testing and test plans for major releases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant working experience as a Product Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Product Owner role and responsibilities.
• Proven experience working in an agile environment.
• Capability to represent and model data and information.
• Experience conducting in-depth scoping exercises.
• Ability to identify and assess business and IT risks.
• Experience presenting business and technical concepts to process owners and business users.
