Description

You will own the analysis and strategic direction of the AI search platform.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying improvement and innovation opportunities.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate feature implementation.
• Manage change by creating training materials and executing adoption plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Product Analyst roles.
• Mandatory experience with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Proven ability to elicit and document business requirements.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with Business Data Analysis.
• Familiarity with enterprise search platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI.
• Knowledge of Glean.
